Small bedroom (9'x11') for a no frills place to stay. Included are a desk, chair, lamp, dresser, fridge and a closet with mirrored door. Bathroom is shared with other guests.
Philly is only 30 miles away, and Princeton is 18 miles from us. We are 5 minutes away from local grocery stores (ShopRite, Giant) and minutes from Sesame Place.

We are a family of 3--husband, wife and 1 year old son.

Quiet people preferred.

Must be a non-smoker.

We offer a nice quiet bedroom and bathroom for those who simply want a no frills place to stay. It's quiet, safe and cozy and we try to keep the price as low as possible. That's more money for you to spend on the fun stuff!

You'll be entering though our living room. You'll have access to our kitchen, dining area, main bathroom and your bedroom.
Office space is a private area. Bedrooms listed have desks for work.

Notes about kitchen use:

Please run kitchen fans if you cook food with strong odors.
Oven/range is electric. Burners get very hot. Please be careful about cooking at high temps. Turn cooktop off when not in use. Do not leave cooking food unsupervised for long periods.
Do not drag pots across glass cooktop.
Wash dishes in kitchen after use or put in dishwasher. Please do not wash dishes in bathroom.
Faucet in kitchen sink is touchless/uses a motion sensor to turn on.

Our living room is available for guests to watch TV, relax only. It is not an adequate space for a sleep area.

We work from home. Our office space is not a shared space/sleep area. Bedrooms listed have desks for working.
