The Blue House is a stylish detached house, within a leisurely 10 minute walk from Lymington’s High Street. With modern decor, 3 bedrooms, a playroom and outside play area it has everything you need for a relaxed holiday. It has parking for up to 3 cars and a sunny wraparound garden. We hope you enjoy your stay here!

Boendet
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - 1 master with King Size bed, 1 twin with 2 small single beds that can be joined to create a king, and 1 single bedroom. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and a separate digital rain shower.

Downstairs there is an open plan living/ dining / kitchen room with sliding doors onto the garden. The kitchen has all the mod cons including dishwasher, a nespresso machine and wine fridge. There is a TV and DVD player.

The property has WiFi.

There is a downstairs wc off the hallway and also a playroom/ tv room. This room has toys, board games, books, and a washing machine.

Outside there is a sunny patio, a gas barbecue, a wraparound garden with another patio area around the side, a little playhouse and a gated play area with slide.

The property is child- friendly, with stair gates, cots, high chairs, bed barrier, children’s tableware etc, if needed.
