Come relax at our beautiful Gulfport Cottage. Also, if you are visiting the area to purchase a new home, if you use me as your Realtor, your stay with us is free! We're just 4 blocks from Gulfport Beach and the waterfront restaurants and shops where all of the Gulfport action is. Located on a quiet residential street, the neighbors are welcoming and sometimes invite guests over to there homes for drinks or a snack. The beach and town center is just 4 blocks away.

Key West Style Gulfport Cottage just 4 blocks from the Gulfport waterfront restaurants and 1 block from the marina. This unit is first class all the way. Fully furnished with high-end furniture. Open and airy, the unit features ceiling to floor windows in the living room/dining room. Hardwood floors are throughout the unit except for the bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen has everything a good cook needs. Cuisinart cooking utensils, chef's knife set, pots, pans, colander, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, etc. Granite countertops, white appliances, all in perfect, like-new condition. Flat screen TV in the living room. There is a stack washer/dryer in an enclosed area inside the large attached screened porch. Outside is a private, white vinyl fenced back yard. It's beautifully landscaped with tropical palms and crushed shell which contributes to the beach cottage feel. There is a stainless outdoor grill for your personal use as well as 2 bicycles and a brick paver patio with table and chairs.
