This cozy room is accessible from the entrance on the West side of the bed and breakfast or the main staircase inside the house and looks out onto the shade garden to the North. A period queen bed complements the rest of the solid oak furniture.

In the event you cancel or change your reservation and you are able to give us 14 days notice, we will refund your deposit minus a $25 processing fee PER ROOM. Less than 14 days notice creates a financial and scheduling hardship for us. We will do everything we can to re-book and refund your deposit. If we are unable to do so, it will be necessary for us to keep the entire deposit.
