To have a great Holiday they say you only need 3 things sun, sea and sand but to find your perfect holiday base its all about Location Location Location and Duckling cottage is spot on. Just 70 yards to the left you will find the famous blue flag central beach and esplanade with its busy shopping area and fantastic pubs and restaurants for all tastes. To the right of the cottage is the picturesque swanary nature reserve which drifts into Weymouth's extensive marina and Harbour.

The cottage has off road parking to the front of the cottage for one car.
Weymouth has an all-round appeal to Couples and families with numerous events taking place most weeks. It also makes the ideal base for visits to the numerous attraction both in the resort and the surrounding Jurassic coast; it really has something for everyone.
