Charming spacious, light and bright 1920’s home with warm fir floors and Persian rugs throughout. Within blocks of the courthouse, county Bdlg, the Hilton and the core downtown area. Stroll downtown in minutes to restaurants, shops or Esther Short park for farmers market or a festival. Enjoy the gas fire pit in the fenced backyard in the evening or sit on the front porch comfy wicker. Minutes to the bridge to Portland, the Vancouver waterfront or extensive walking trails at Vancouver lake.

Boendet
Lots of large windows let in the light. Antiques and art throughout. Walk out the back door and sit at the bistro table or out by the fire pit in the evening. There is also wicker couch and chairs on the front porch to relax on. Books and games in the cabinet and a Roku TV.
Quiet residential area with charming old homes throughout the neighborhood.

The county courthouse, and county Bdlg are just 3 blocks away. A few blocks east from the county bldgs are shops and restaurants on Columbia, Washington and Main streets. It’s a 15-20 minute walk or 3-5 minutes by car.
The weekend farmers market and Esther short park are a 15 minute walk. The new waterfront is 20 minute walk or just 5 more from Esther short park near main st. The Hilton hotel is 7-8 blocks.

I live 50 blocks away thus unless you need me- you won’t see me. You may see The guest upstairs coming and going from the connected studio apt. The laundry is shared but accessed through the backyard. Heidi’s will check in before using it as not to disturb you.
