This new and fresh Villa is located 5min from Ericeira's center. It is located inside the same property where I live with 2 of my young children.

The place was designed for best confort with good weather. Our winters are quite mild with average highs around 15 degrees Celsius but it is important to note that the kitchen and bathroom have no indoor connection with the rooms and are open to the terrace.
