We are situated at 10 minutes walking distance from the touristic hub lakeside and 100m inside the main street. A small and beautiful hiking hill behind the apartment. This location is recognized as one of the harmonious and tranquil areas of pokhara city. Similarly we respect western cultures as we are well known about it, having business in hospitality sector.

This is a proper residential area. Mostly local people are living here. You may see the local activity and Nepali culture. Nepali people are so open. They are always smiling, friendly and innocent, which you will note during your stay. This area has become famous for apartment rental. You will see foreign people as well. It’s not far from tourist hub and local market.

I am local person of Pokhara lakeside and I born here. I am doing business in hospitality sector for 23 years , apartment business is running for 5 years and newly joined Airbnb. I also run the cafe at main touristic hub lakeside called Pokhara Java coffee house. I have been to Europe twice and some of the Asian countries . I also involve in financial companies. I am past president of lakeside community and have been involving in social work too . I got beautiful wife, two daughters and one son . We are living in same building with my mom.
