An additional but lower nightly rate for the 2nd guest, etc. Airconditioned bedroom with a queensize bed (floor-mattress for extra guests), kitchen/basic kitchen utensils, laundry room. Laundry services for a fee (Samsung automatic washing machine). We have 4 more identical flats (34sqm each) and 1 up & down unit (64sqm) with 2 bedrooms, 2 CR, living room also with AC at the same building

Great place to stay for one night or one week or even one whole month! Every thing you basically might need in your own home are all provided for by the host. Sparkling clean too. Units are newly built. Definitely worth more than you paid for.
