A lovely vacation home with great location in Mellbystrand, just 400 m to the wonderful sandy beach. The plot is beautifully embedded in greenery and offers several outdoor resting areas where you may enjoy the morning sun and starry nights. The lovely garden is fenced and secluded from the neighbour, perfect for families with children. There is also a covered terrace. The two bedrooms are bright and comfortable along with an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Comfortable distance to several restaurants, shops and a bakery. Båstad and Halmstad are within reach.
