A great fit for a couple or a small family, adults in the Queen bed and kids on the sofa bed.
The pace can sleep up to 4 adults but please be mindful it is a one bedroom unit so will be cosy, but great a few days or quick nights stop over while you enjoy Wagga. During the warm weather and summer nights take advantage of the private outdoor patio area with bbq large table and hammock.

Double pull out sofa bed, with comfortable mattress, located in the lounge area.
Both mattresses have a foam topper and thick mattress protectors.
All linen provided. Fresh for each new guests.
Extra blankets, doona and pillows for the double pull out bed also supplied in lounge room cupboard.

KITCHEN-
Fully equipped and self contained.
Old school kitchen with awesome original teal ceramic sink.
Stand alone electric cook top and oven.
New 120Lt split fridge, Microwave, kettle and toaster, pots n pans, Tupperware, plates, glass wear and utensils.
Dining table with four chairs.

BREAKFAST-
Your stay includes a light breakfast.
Coffee, Black and Herbal Tea. Bread, milk, butter, two types of cereal, oats, spreads.
Some pantry items also.
Please note- food items are all standard we do not cater for special dietary requirements.

BATHROOM-
Bathroom with seperate toilet with shower. No Bath, but base of shower is deep and with the use of a plug can be used as a baby/ toddler bath.
Fresh towels & some toiletries supplied - Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, hand wash & hand cream. Hairdryer. Separate hot water system just for this apartment. Roof mounted.

SEATING/ LOUNGE ROOM-
Two seater lounge. Occasional foot stool and side tables.
TV, DVD player, selection of movies and magazines.

HEATING/COOLING-
Reverse Cycle Air conditioner (cooling/heating) located in main bedroom (blows into entire space with bedroom door open) best spot for it during our hot hot wagga summers.
Colum oil space heater in lounge room area.
Also pedestal fans for mid seasons.

CHILDREN-
The space is family friendly. A porta cot, cot blankets and sheets, highchair and baby cup, bowl and plate set, children’s movies, books and small basket of toys in cupboard for our smaller guests..

LAUNDRY-
FREE- Shared laundry area and clothes lines.
Iron and ironing board located inside the apartment.
Washing machine is free for you to use during your stay, cold water wash only.
Laundry powder provided.

OUTDOOR AREA/PATIO-
Private outdoor court yard area attached to entry to the unit. This is for your exclusive use only as part of this unit. Out door setting and BBQ for you to use during your stay.

Strictly NO SMOKING inside the apartment.
