Welcome to our beautifully renovated retreat! This private and unique basement space has been updated with modern touches and comfort in mind. It offers a welcoming space for friends, couples, and families alike! A short fifteen minute drive brings you to the center of downtown Nashville. The home includes a separate bedroom space, full kitchen with coffee and tea provided, pullout bed, washer/dryer, and bathroom. A carport parking space is available next to the private entrance.
Boendet
This basement space has been crafted to fit a variety of needs. Upon arrival, you will walk into a large bedroom with a closet. Next you will find an open studio with wood accents and modern design. There is a pullout couch to accommodate larger groups or families with children. The studio space has a kitchen with full-size appliances (including a dishwasher). Small touches are also provided such as fresh towels, coffee and tea, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets for personal use.
There is a dog on the property, but he does not go into the basement space. If he's outside, he will be inside the fence in the backyard. He'll be excited to see you from afar, but won't bother you during your stay! We are permitted from the city of Nashville.
