We lived in the home and rented the guest suite out until we moved in Oct 2019 due to a needed larger space for our growing family. We know rent out both sides to Waco Travelers. We live few blocks up the road and can be available, along with our co-hosts, as needed.

Workin class neighborhood. We lived here for a year and never had any major issues. The Catholic church up the street occasionally plays festive music on Sundays that can be heard outside but rarely indoors.
