Fully equipped KITCHEN and LAUNDRY, shared only with the rest of the guests, making it an ideal space for LONG STAYS. The room is located on the first floor of the house with direct access, perfect for tourism or business trips. Good speed wifi. Access to the patio Safe and silent neighborhood. Our house is very easy to locate and the area is perfectly safe. It's very quiet beacuse it's on a residential neighborhood.
