Each of our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condos are uniquely decorated by our designers, and are fully furnished with hardwood floors throughout, full kitchen with all appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, waters & drinks for our guests. All toiletries, laundry detergents, soaps, towels, and necessities are available to our guests during their stay. Each condo offers Internet with Wifi, Cable, and all utilities included. Upon arrival, guests are provided with a key for access to the clubhouse amenities, pool, gym, tanning bed, and lounge area.

Howdy, and Welcome to College Station, home of Texas A&M University and the Fightin’ Texas Aggies! As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests have a comfortable and safe place during their stay in Aggieland. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free as we have a Strict Cancellation policy. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation!

- Please be conscious of tracking in mud and dirt inside the home.
- While we do allow you to invite guests over for a get-together or event during your stay, we do ask that all guests be considerate of others surrounding them. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
- There shall not be smoking inside the condo. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
-Should you choose to smoke outside of the condo, we ask that you please pick-up and dispose of all cigarette or cigar butts, or any trash/debris. Failure to do so will result in Extra cleaning fees.
-No Pets are allowed.
- PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. We have a dishwasher and detergent for your use—you may leave the dishwasher running at the time of check-out. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
- PARKING: there are parking spaces inside and outside the facility gates. Should you be bringing any trailers or vehicles that take up a lot of extra space, you obtain our permission prior to your stay. We are not responsible for any issues with parking trailers or oversized vehicles. Any guests who visit the condo during your stay are also responsible for their vehicles and ensuring that they are parking in the appropriate spaces.
- The access card to the home also allows you access into our club house, pool area, gym, game lounge, and tanning bed. Please respect these spaces and return any items being used. Damages or failure to abide by any community rules or signage may result in additional fees. Use of these amenities is at the guests own risk as there are not any staff or lifeguards on duty.
-Please return the access card to the designated lock box at the time of checkout. Failure to return this card will result in a $25.00 replacement fee.
-The pool area is to remain free of any glass items, and all trash or items you wish to dispose of must be placed in the designated trash cans on site. While grilling is allowed in the pool area, no food is allowed in the pool.
-Pool hours are from 8am-10PM daily.
- Please acknowledge occasionally, we may provide snacks or other consumables for our guests during their stay. While we try our very best to ensure that all complementary snacks are up to date, it is the responsibility of the guest to check for expirations, and/or food allergies, etc.
- Please do not rearrange our furniture.
- If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, birthdays, not party), please speak with us about it first.
- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. Please be courteous to all those who surround you—while we will allow some gatherings, we still want to be considerate to all who live at, or visit the condos.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
-Any unwanted items left behind that do not fit inside the trash cans can be take to our dumpsters on site. Should these items be left behind for us to dispose of (storage containers, linens/extra bedding, clothes, etc.), it may result in extra charges.
-All items inside the condo have been inventoried, should we find any books, décor, bedding, towels, throw blankets, kitchen utensils, games, movies, appliances, or cleaning supplies, and any other items be missing that were provided during the stay, will result in additional charges.
- Wifi name and password, along with lockbox instructions will be sent to you no more than 48 hours prior to your stay
- Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things). We take pride in our property and our cleaning fee is to cover general cleaning of the condo and linens, and does not include any excessive mess or damages left behind. Brazos Valley Realty and Carter Creek Condos are not liable for Airbnb Guests and their visitors for any events or parties held on property. This includes but is not limited to damages, injury, fines, or vehicles--please be sure to be courteous to all those in the community and be sure to park in designated visitor parking to avoid towing or fines.
