This family vacation home is located about an hour and a half from the Managua, Nicaragua airport
Highlights are:
Large, beachfront lot

Boendet
This is a quiet rural neighborhood, great for families with young children. Other than the local high season for beach-going (week before Easter and Christmas/New Year), you may have the beach mostly to yourselves. Hotel Marbella is a short walk down the beach with a restaurant and pool privileges for diners. The town of Masachapa is about a 20 minute drive away and has restaurants, boat rentals, charters, surfing. San Rafael del Sur has a small grocery store as well with all the basic necessities. We are not surfers ourselves, but have been told there is good surfing nearby.
Photos currently on this site are after the first, major remodel. We are now re-tiling the third bathroom, so no photos of that one yet.

Water is a precious commodity. Tanks are filled daily by the municipal pumps. Please do not waste!
It is important to turn off air-conditioners during the daytime when bedrooms are not in use. Power usage will be monitored and you will be charged for excessive power consumption.
