Built in 1855 this Victorian villa in the heart of the city has recently been completely redeveloped. No expense has been spared and the designer has created a unique contemporary feel whilst retaining several of the original features. It really is a hidden gem offering very generous space for a large group with additional benefit of having secure locked parking space for up to 5 cars. Its a 13 min walk into town.

Boendet
There are 4 substantial bedrooms each of which has a large king size bed. Two of the rooms have a luxurious en-suite shower and WC. The third bedroom has a walk in wet room shower room and WC that can be shared with other guests as it has a separate entrance. The downstairs bedroom also has a king size bed and doors opening out onto the patio There are an additional 2 WC's and sink, one of which is downstairs. Please note the 5th bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 single bunks that is ideal for children but has a height restriction of 5'10 and would not suit guests above this height.

Uniquely placed in the heart of Cardiff City Centre but within touching distance of Roath park and its boating lake you really do have the best of both worlds. Located on the main artery out of Cardiff you can literally walk to a whole host of fine restaurants, eateries, local pubs and many tourist attractions. The main railway station, Cardiff central is a 13 min walk or around £6 by taxi. Cardiff castle, the university , motorpoint arena and the principality stadium are similar distances to walk to.
