41 Picture Point Crescent is a family home built in the mid 1970’s, commanding panoramic views of the Noosa River, North Shore and Laguna Bay.

The house is surrounded by native bushland and connects to vibrant Hastings Street via a quiet walking track through the bush.  This is a perfect residence to enjoy a secluded holiday close to beaches and shopping, whilst experiencing the tranquillity of its elevated location.

Boendet
The Noosa National Park and Noosa Hill network of walking trails can be accessed at the end of the crescent which is a cul-de-sac.  The seaside walking tracks to the beaches at Little Cove, Tea Tree Bay, Granite Bay and Alexandria Bay in the National Park are highly recommended.

The entrance opens onto a spacious living area which incorporates the lounge, dining area and kitchen.  Sliding glazed doors lead onto the wide verandah at treetop level where the views over Laguna Bay are breathtaking and the sunsets are unforgettable. The verandah is perfect for relaxing, recharging and reviving.

The multi-level house has 3 bedrooms with high raked ceilings and ceiling fans.  The master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite and an adjoining study, and access to the verandah.  The other 2 bedrooms are on the upper level of the property, one with a queen bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed. The newly renovated bathroom is adjacent to these bedrooms and a separate powder room is located on mid-stair level.

The swimming pool has a covered pergola which is an ideal place to appreciate the refreshing ocean breezes and views.  The pergola connects to the undercover breezeway where there is a combined “sleepout”/laundry suitable for 2 teenage guests. This area is external to the main house.
