Common area include brand new swimming pool/rancho with barbecue area, shower and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Only 300 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the Restaurants and grocery shops of Las Palmas Pueblito. A quiet condo of only 4 flats that can comfortably accommodate 6 people with plenty of storage space and a large private garden.
