Great location to stay if you are visiting downtown San Antonio River walk. It is within 2 mile distance, a short Uber ride anywhere in town including Fort Sam Houston. San Antonio is one of the oldest cities in the U.S, with no doubt very beautiful. Please note A lot of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown are not fully developed. It is going through major restoring. If you are looking into staying a more modern/new area, this might not be what your are looking for. Great location for price.

This is a one studio apartment, one queen bed, small living area, full kitchen with a washer and dryer in the kitchen area.

There is a key pad on the door, you will type the designated code. After typing the code, a green light will flicker you will immediately turn the bolt that is on the keypad to unlock once unlocked, ope the door.

This area is in high demand due to the location. Something to note, it is an old neighborhood, it is being restored it is safe and quiet. We do have surveillance cameras in the property (outside).
