You will find a simple, clean and affordable studio apartment. The apartment is a safe and quiet space to relax and retreat or concentrate and work. The fully equipped kitchen and the refrigerator/freezer makes it a great place to prepare a meal. Great for weekly or extended monthly stays. We offer no charge parking and laundry facilities as well as instay cleaning services upon request.

Loadstone Apartments

This cement building was built in the 1950's and has served a number of different residence over the years. Twenty years ago it was completely remodeled to include 18 studio apartments, one residents apartment , two front offices and a conference room.
Currently, we are updating the apartments and furnishing them one by one to serve as short and longer term Airbnb Stays.
Each unit is unique in size and decor but all the units include a fully equipted kitchen, a private bathroom with a shower , a comfortable chair, a desk and a television.
We provide a shared laundry room with 4 washers and 4 dryers including the laundry soap at no extra charge.
The laundry room seperates the East and West wings. Each wing has a sitting area with a large screen television as well as an exit to an outdoor fenced in porch. West wing also has a gas and charcoal grill for guest to use and access to the pretty yard and picnic tables.
We also have two additional bathrooms in the lobby and a vending machine.
