The studios are fully furnished. Rates include utilities, 10 MB room dedicated WiFi, and weekly cleaning service. You have the possibility to upgrade the features and benefits of your stay.
We have an internal gymnasium distributed in 8 floors, fully equipped and functional, with free access.
Our residents can enjoy weekly Wellness sessions at no extra cost (Yoga, Pilates, and dance classes).
The minimum stay in our studios is 1 month, as we are not a tourist accommodation.

INDIE DAY: Once a month, our Independers, which is how we call our Coliving residents, are the center of attention and we create for them a unique and unforgettable cultural, musical or gastronomical experience.
At this moment, given the contingency, we are sending them kits and creative and gastronomic experiences to the rooms, once a week.
A room deposit is required, fully refundable at the end of your stay.
