Tranquility is a new construction lakefront home, built with comfort and relaxation in mind. Located on a quiet cove, with big water views, less than a minute boat ride across the lake to Big Water Marina and Raines on Hartwell restaurant. Located 15 minutes from beautiful Anderson, SC where you will find trendy shopping and restaurants, 15 minutes from historic downtown Hartwell, GA filled with quaint shops and tasty restaurant options and 30 minutes from Clemson University.

Boendet
On Friday nights, sit on the back deck and listen to the live bands being played at Big Water Marina. In the morning, watch the wildlife in the backyard as you sit overlooking the lake while having your coffee.

The beach/shore area is perfect for family fun. Please note **the property does allow you to beach your boat if you wish, but we do not presently have a dock. We are however right across the lake from Big Water Marina.
