Boasting a beautiful pastoral view, our home is nestled at the top of a hill, with forest behind us. It is not uncommon to see a group of deer or turkeys....even an occasional bear.
Our huge 1400 square feet open-concept apartment has its own entrance, and is a well-lit basement below our own residence.
Comfortable, safe, and quiet area....you will find this a relaxing home-away-from-home only a short 20 minute drive from downtown Asheville.
Currently only booking 4-12 week stays.

The gorgeous view requires that you be able/willing to drive up a hill, as well as a steep driveway to access our house. We have plenty of room to turn around at the top, but only 1 parking place for our guests. For this reason, it is not ideal if you are planning to have other guests or parties.
Apartment has its own entrance, but is accessible by outdoor steps from the driveway.

We are a family of 3, with 2 older kids who live out of the house, and 2 little dogs. Tara is an Asheville-native, and our family lives close (Website hidden by Airbnb) when we are not working or doing school/kid activities, we spend alot of time with them! We like to relax at home and do simple things like eat at the amazing restaurants in the area, or just walk around value traveling as well!

We are a family of 3 (with 2 small dogs), and we live above your space. This should give security and assurance to the right person....we are here if something goes wrong. And, we are around for security's sake.
We value our privacy as much as our guests, so we will not bother you unless you want to be social with us.
Full Disclosure so that expectations are clear: You will hear our feet walking above, and the occasional dog bark, but you should not hear our voices or TV. We are currently doing virtual school, so we have 3 extra children who join us from 7:30-6pm each Tuesday. The washer/dryer is shared with us, so we will set a schedule once you arrive. We also do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on our property.
