Private 480 square feet 2 beds, 1 bath coach house detached from the main house in a QUITE neighborhood. 1 parking spot.
Perfect place to QUARANTINE or stay when you are in town for personal and/or business trip.
Great Central location South of the QEW close to highways, Burlington GO Station, amenities, shopping, parks, schools, and Downtown Burlington.

What is the purpose of the trip in town? Has u been out of Ontario the last 14 days, sick,has covid symptoms or exposed to anyone who has covid?Do you need a parking spot and do you have any special allergy, issues that I need to be aware of?
Please do not to cook strong smell food like durian, fish, curry inside the house for long - like 30'-2h (it is ok if you buy curry and heat it up quickly by microwave). We use house shoes inside the house. Don't worry if you don't have one, we will give you a pair. Quite time is normally between 10pm and 7 am since there are other people in the house. No drug, smoking, party, illegal download or overnight guest at my place.
