2 bed/1 Bath condo located in the best location in steamboat. A 2 minute walk to to the heart of Downtown, shops, and restaurants, yet set back just two blocks from main street on a peaceful creek. This place features beautiful views of the mountain, amazing sunsets, and lots of natural light. Enjoy the recently updated bathroom, modern decor, and a great nights sleep due to the clean crisp white linens, down blankets and pillows and new comfy memory foam mattresses.

This unit is located in an older building that has steep steps. These steps may not be suitable for young children.

We do not have a cable tv. However, it does come equipped with a roku where you can utilize the Netflix, Disney plus, and Hulu subscriptions.

I was born and raised in steamboat! I have tried to move away a few times but always seem to come back to the valley. My husband and I have been back in town now for a few years. I work as an equine nurse in town and also teach horseback riding lessons and ski lessons on the mountain. I love the outdoors and spend most of my time doing outdoor activities, anything from hiking to climbing to riding. We have two Australian shepherds that love to join us on adventures. My most favorite places in the word that I have traveled to are New Zealand and Norway.
