Dog-friendly and walking distance from New Belgium Brewery, this modern studio has a private entrance, one bedroom and a full bath. Enjoy the kitchenette complete with coffee and granola to start your day. Walk to trendy West Asheville's Haywood St. or take your dog for a walk along the French Broad River, then grab a beer at one of the local breweries. The suite is centrally located in a quaint neighborhood and close to downtown and the River Arts district. We love sharing this amazing town!!

Boendet
The name of the studio is the Pura Vida suite, after living in Costa Rica, and experiencing the simple, natural lifestyle there, we wanted to bring the "pure life" notion with us to Asheville. The suite is modern and in a green built home with exceptional details. Natural light abounds in the space and you are surrounded outside by the maple tree out your door. You have an outdoor seating area that is private and cozy.

The space is all yours! You have a private, coded entry and dedicated parking space. You also will enjoy a private patio outside your front door.

We love animals, but can't accept cats at this point as they will be taunted by our dog, Gracie :)....

Our neighborhood in East-West Asheville is eclectic (which we love!) - full of green-built homes mixed with older, traditional architecture. Green and lush, there are gardens, and a stream that runs down to the brewery. Full of dogs, all types of families and people who love the outdoors, this is a wonderful and convenient neighborhood to all that Asheville offers.

We are happy to help in any way you would like. We can share our favorite places around town or be quietly in the background. We live upstairs in the separated space and love to find good live music (when it is available safely), restaurants and outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain and road biking and swimming holes. We love sharing travel stories, games and good times. We speak Spanish and English.

If you bring a bike(s) or kayak or other outdoor toy, you are welcome to store it during your stay in the garage. Just ask! It will be kept safe and secure.
