We are a couple with a very quiet baby, we welcome our guest for a comfortable stay with flexibility.
Relatively small room but quite enough for one person. Walking distance to QUT, RBWH, and city bus stop. A 10 minutes walk to superstores (ALDI, Woolworth).
A large shared bathroom and include internet access [limited], electricity, hot water, and on-site amenities, e..g, parking area, open balcony with sofa, large fridge, air-condition, washing machine etc.

There is a great view from the verandah which is lovely to relax during the morning and evening. The view of the leafy surrounds is lovely.
