Brand new 2-story loft with all the amenities: two pools, gym, jacuzzi with astonishing view of the city and Guayas river, as well as Guayaquil iconic symbols such as the Santa Ana and El Carmen Hills and Church. Kitchen is very comfortable and spacious living and dining room with nice decor. Upstairs: 2 rooms, master w/king bed, and other room with 2 beds, both with SmartTVs. A block from Wyndham and waterfront where you can find trendy restaurants and bars. Close to everything.

Great amenities such as jacuzzi, pool and gym. If you like lively waterfront with nice restaurants and bars, then you are a block away. Everything to do great meals.

Very nice and trendy neighborhood. Within walking distance you can find the neighborhood Las Penas, oldest in the city. It is a vibrant but very secure neighborhood, you can find municipal policemen as well as private security. Great and trendy restaurants and bars. You can find 4 convenient stores at walking distance where you can find whatever you need. It is one block from Wyndham Hotel. There are also plenty parking both open and closed. I think Puerto Santa Ana is one of the nicest place to live in Guayaquil, where you have tranquility in the apartment enjoying the view, meanwhile you eat outside in the balcony and you find at walking distance great amenities

Salinas is a very nice beach with all the facilities of a middle size city, the apartment has a spectacular view and it is closed to many restaurants, Salinas Yatch Club and beaches.
