This 1922 Craftsman was fully restored in 2020. The finishes are impeccable with an open floor plan and two very generous bedrooms . There is also brand new 4000k pull out couch that sleeps two, totaling 6 guests in all. Right on the I-5 corridor, close to the University District, this gorgeous space is 3 miles to AMAZON and the Space Needle, it is 4 miles to downtown Seattle , and just over 1 mile to The University of Washington. THIS IS UNIT A. Unit B is above and has a separate entrance
