Step in and spoil yourself. This is a home for chilling out, pampering and catching up with friends and family. It's designed for bubbly nights in, and colourful days out. We love this place for the outdoor sitting room, for the huge lounge with oversized sofas, giant TV, and because everyone gets an ensuite.

The style here is modern and perfect for down-time. The owner, a local property developer, has gone overboard to look after guests - and their pampered pooches.

It is thoughtfully renovated with holiday guests in mind. There are 4 single beds and 1 king so it will well suit those who need to be flexible about sleeping arrangements - the single beds zip together to make super-smart super kings.

Lymington is a stylish and colourful market town, often voted ‘Top 10 places to live in the UK’ in The Times. Number Two is less than a minute walk away from the vibrant High Street and the picturesque cobbled streets of the Old Town Quay are only three minutes away. Further on, you’ll find mile after mile of smart yachting marinas and sea wall footpaths to admire the boats from.

Inside
Rebuilt and renovated over a 2 year period, No.24's owner (who knows his stuff) has made sure every detail and finish is top-notch and built to last. Welcomed in to an impressive light-filled atrium hallway, your view reaches through the whole house to the garden behind. High ceilings, slate floors and a sleek colour palette bring a touch of luxe.

The kitchen is open-plan, with a side-return that makes a perfect bar/serving area. There is also a clever pantry & wash room is tucked away from the kitchen area.

A generous sitting room, with its vaulted roof space and full length windows, make this room feel plush and palatial. All the furniture in here is super-size and perfect for kicking back, watching sport & putting your feet up. You're in the relaxation zone here....

For nights-in, a table for 8 (with a stunning light feature overhead) awaits for great food & chat. Evenings are set up ready for celebrations with fairy lights artily styled in the rafters, uplighting in the plant pots, a glamorous wood burner, and more black glossy slate.

Two bedrooms, mirroring each other across the hall, are set up in turquoise and pink, both have ensuite sparkly showers. The 3rd bedroom is styled in dark red and has an ensuite bathroom. Beds are brand new with super deep mattresses.

So whatever the reason you're coming here - you'll love it. Whilst the owner welcomes celebrations and a bit of a party - the house isn't a stag or hen do's venue.



Outside
Head out back and enjoy the feel of the furry grass....for those of us who are sick of real lawns - come here for the love of no-mow perfection! The grass is perfect astroturf; fake, fabulous and perfect for the little space.

There is a huge umbrella over a picnic table, two quality sun loungers, a whopper fire pit and around it, very solid wooden sofas with excellent pads on them - it's a real sun trap - so for those needing to top up on some fresh air, sun worshipping or star gazing ... Happy Days!

The style here is sleek & contemporary overt and perfect for grown ups to gather.

Kids are welcome - please view our selection of kit - there is only a minimum supplied and the garden is small so it's not a place for wild kids to run wild... choose from our other homes for that. We ask for no ball games in the garden please as there is not enough room and fittings for lights are glass.

We are sorry but there is no side/rear access or storage for bikes at the property.

Lymington is often in The Times ‘Top 10 places to live in the UK’. Obviously we are totally biased and agree. It is marvellous. The quality of life here is very good. The town is surrounded by National Park to the north, coastal otherwise. There is a good mix of industry (boats) and retail. Less obvious is the connection to the rural workings of the National Park itself.

New Forest Escapes is a small and homegrown holiday rental agency. All the properties here are rented through that business. If you want to contact us about the properties, then please search for us online and contact us direct. Sarah and Susan who work for us in the office, know every house really well and will help answer any details and help you. You can still book through Airbnb if you wish. We have plenty of reviews and have had return guests come back to us time and time again over the 9 years we've been renting houses. The most common reason for us to refuse an Airbnb enquiry is that the person is enquiring about a house that we feel isn't as suitable as another house we manage. "We have recently changed booking system, so have started a new Airbnb account for all our houses. Our Superhost status has imported, but no reviews have come across. Airbnb won't import them!
