- There are 4 spacious bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 3 rooms on the first floor of the Villa.
- Amenities such as AC, TV, Wi-Fi and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. Balconies with seating arrangements overlooking Kasauli hills are present in all the first floor rooms.
- All rooms offer Double Beds.
- There is a TV in the Living Room as well.
BATHROOMS
- There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - all attached.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
- There is a cosy living room on the ground floor, overlooking stunning views. It offers sofa-style seating.
- It is equipped with a music system, TV and AC.
- The dining area is a part of the living room and can comfortably seat 8 people.
- The exteriors of the villa feature a lush green lawn.
KITCHEN
- Please note that the usage of Kitchen is not allowed at this property. You can order your meals from the in-house restaurant.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
FOOD
- Breakfast will be served from 8 AM -10 AM, lunch will be served from 1 PM to 3 PM and dinner from 7 PM to 10 PM. Meal timings will be strictly followed.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible team of caretakers is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 10 AM to 5 PM.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.
ACTIVITIES: Travel with a local guide to the nearby village or take an eco-trek amidst the apple and cherry orchards. One can also simply opt for having lunch in the woods or alongside the lake.
Eco Trek: While taking a walk in the eco-trail, be a part of the confined spaces of the Himalayan forest and its flora, preferably during dawn and dusk.
Apple valley Trek: Famous for its apple orchards, making it a picturesque mountain landscape, and offering an exciting getaway to experience apple picking as well. The guests are also invited for Apple/Cherry picking and packing as well as jam making activity.
Bird Watching: With dense woods surrounding the property, the forest is home to a number of migratory & local birds, all around the year.
Picnic Lunch: Packed picnic lunch in the tranquil woods, with the sound of chirping birds, makes a perfect experiential setting in the Himalayan forests.
Candlelight Dinner: On special occasions such as birthday & anniversary, dinner can be arranged under the starry night sky in the woods.
Snow Trek: Treks in the snow assisted by professional guides with proper equipment are also arranged. Snow bound drives for groups, makes an adventurous holiday during the winters.
ADD-ON SERVICES
- Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per use. The raw materials need to be arranged by the guests. Please confirm the requirement for the same 24 hours prior to the check-in.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.1500 per session.
