Located near a small country stream, and far away from the bustle of the city, this is the perfect place to disconnect from the your hectic life and recharge. Enjoy fishing, hiking and hunting all nearby or just relax if that is what you want to do. Enjoy country views and wildlife. Three season fire pit for star gazing.

Excellent area for fishing. A small country stream runs through the front yard and you will be very close to the Willowemoc and Beaverkill rivers. There are multiple state lands nearby for hunting and state campgrounds within a short drive for day trips (picnics/swimming). Bethel Woods Center For The Performing Arts is approximately 30 minutes away if you want to catch a show.

Other attractions include the Catskill Fly Fishing Museum, O&W Rail Museum, scenic covered bridges and the Catskill Arts Society.

Born and raised in Livingston Manor, I wouldn't live anywhere else! I enjoy all four seasons in this rural location. A small town where you know your neighbors and feel comfortable asking for help when needed. Now an empty nester I was looking for something to do to keep myself busy as I approached retirement, this seemed like the perfect opportunity to introduce my home town to new people. Please come and visit.

Under din vistelse

Owner is on site to help in any way but stays in different housing. I have a medium size dog that is contained to my yard by an invisible fence. She may bark but is friendly.
