Book for 3 nights, stay for 5 - Total cost is $5,822.68.
Step 1 - Book ONE person for 13th - 16th (Regardless of how many guests)
Step 2 - Message me and choose any 5 nights between 12th and 19th.
You will have access to main house and bungalow.
Sleeping situation is 4 Queen size beds and 3 single beds. Extra floor mattresses are also available upon request.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR PET OWNERS: The AirBNB website does not offer an adequate method of fairly charging a pet fee so I have to add it on later. The cost is $20 per pet, per night. Please factor this into your final price. (Send your booking through as normal, inform me of how many pets you are bringing and I will add the fee manually).

Please note that I live on the property with a small-ish, friendly dog. We live in a separate building near the main house (Bungalow in the back yard) but you will see us around from time to time.

The main house is your space and I'll ask your permission before entering except in an emergency.

The back deck is intended primarily for your use, but if you are sitting out there you will see me around as I come and go.

I'd like to let my dog have free time in the back garden sometimes. However guest comfort must always be the first priority. If anyone in your group is not comfortable around dogs, please let me know *at the time of your booking*. If I have a little advance notice, it is easy to make arrangements to keep him separate.

He is a very timid dog, but he may become curious about you and come over to say "hello". (He's kind of like a cat in that respect). :-D

*Bedroom 3 is not a "proper" bedroom. It is 2 beds in an open office space, unfortunately the limitations of the AirBNB website don't allow me to express it appropriately on the front page.*

The default prices are for renting main house only. This includes:
- 2 bedrooms with a Queen bed in each.
- "Bedroom 3" (as described above).
- One bathroom and one toilet.
- an additional toilet accessible through the garage. (You would really only use the second toilet in an "emergency").
- Sleeps up to 7 people.

If you would like more space (and a second bathroom) it's possible to rent the bungalow too.
I need to know at least a week in advance if you'd like to rent house + bungalow. Price change will vary depending on Peak / Off Peak.

I just moved into my dream home on Phillip Island and I want you to come share it!

I live in a completely separate Unit out the back. You can text or call me if you need anything. I'm happy to socialise with you if you like, but generally I keep to myself unless invited by my guests.
My young dog Polo stays with me all the time and you don't have to interact with him if you are scared of dogs.
If you like dogs, he is very friendly and loves other dogs and people.
