Boasting a variety of amenities, this lakefront property is more than comfortable for your family. You'll feel like you're at home, with plenty of seating both inside and out. Enjoy evenings spent admiring the night sky from the hot tub on the deck. Families simply love the outdoor shower after a hot day at the beach or a competitive morning of catch-and-release fishing at the lake. You'll also have access to the Kinnakeet Shores Pool and Tennis Courts for other outdoor fun, with the beach and Avon shopping center within walking distance.

This home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One bedroom is a primary bedroom with a king bed and deck access, the second is a queen bedroom, and the third offers a bunk set. You'll also find a daybed with a trundle in the bonus room off the main room and kitchen area.
