Welcome to The Dry Dock Apt 7. Located just 1 mile from Presque Isle's sandy beaches, this studio apartment lets you experience all that Lake Erie has to offer.
Enjoy a stay in this modern renovated studio with free parking, wifi, SmartTV , a full kitchen, private deck, bathroom speakers, A/C, security camera and outdoor lights.
We offer free boat trailer parking upon request, and the complex has a "Public Dock" area that is open to all guests for outdoor dinning, grilling, games and firepit.

This Blue color Neighborhood just monkeys from waldameer amusement park and the beach , It was recently designated as the Presque Isle gateway area by Millcreek Township because of its proximity to the state park. Within walking distance is a wine and spirits store, A beer distributor, several bars and restaurants and gas station . Wegmans and giant eagle r both 5 minutes away .

We have a family of 6 and have called Erie Home for over 20 years. We ran a successful AirBNB location last summer as you can see from our 32 reviews, with almost all 5 stars. We had such a great experience with our guests we decided to set up a new location to host people. It was such a pleasure to meet so many people last year from all over the US, many of whom who were from Erie but wanted a unique "Non hotel" experience to stay at.

So we decided to set up this new location to serve this need. Welcome to the Dry Dock, it opened middle of June and we will continue to work on adding new units and making improvements to make the space better for our guests.

We our around, only live 5-10 minutes away and are at the property frequently since we have an office on site. So if you need us we are not far away, I try and response to message requests within an hour during normal business hours.
