- Comfortable social area with living, dining room, entrance hall and - small swimming pool.
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook including a blender, toaster, microwave and coffee maker.
- Bedrooms 1 & 2 located on the first floor, with two single beds each, air conditioning, ceiling fan and a private bathroom for each room.
- Bedroom 3 - The master bedroom, located on the 2nd floor, has 1 King bed and one single bed, private bathroom and walk in closet. Air conditioner and ceiling fan.
-Loundry service available with EXTRA CHARGE.
- The roof where the laundry is located, is closed for guests access. This is a roof, not a terrace to walk through.-

The security house system is activated only when the house is alone and the system is activated.

As part of the system, you will find in each floor a movement sensor. In the first floor, at the social area, you will find a camera pointing the main entrance, that will be turned on automatically when the security system is activated.

You will also find that the house is surrounded with an electric fence that is always turned on
