La casa Rural El Quinto es un espacio rural y actual en el centro de Lanzarote. La amplitud de sus estancias, el lujo de la sencillez, la luminosidad y la armonía de la decoración con el entorno hacen de este sitio, un refugio ideal para unos días de tranquilidad y de descanso. La Finca El Quinto que da nombre a la casa, era una antiguo cortijo de cinco fanegas( 70.000 metros) que fue comprada en 1939 por Francisco De Armas Martín y Dolores Feo Cabrera. Esta tierra tenía una casa, cuatro cuartos de piedra, construidos en el S.XIX y que han sido rehabilitados en el año 2000 para crear la actual Casa Rural El Quinto.
