Ascend the spiral staircase to access the rustic romantic bedroom, plus a handy workspace. Lovingly renovated to be cool, quirky, and functional, this home overlooks a beautiful church. It was featured on Episode 7, Season 4 of Tiny House Hunting.

During summer months, you're welcome to relax on the deck - complete with a large couch, dining table and grill. The carriage house (gray house in the backyard) is on the same property as my main house (blue house shown in pictures).

The carriage house is surrounded by a fence offering complete privacy. It overlooks a beautiful church in the quiet, historic and well-kept neighborhood of Morton Meadows. Morton Meadows is a quiet and highly sought-after neighborhood with its proximity to midtown and downtown. 3 minutes' drive from the hip Blackstone strip, UNMC and all the Irish pubs you could want, and less than 10 minutes to the Old Market in downtown.
