Hotell
“The Memorial Park is just below the castle grounds of Marselisborg Palace, facing out over the Bay and is one of many beautiful parks in Aarhus. In the Marselisborg Memorial Park there are numerous fascinating and intimate areas for you to explore. If you happen to be in Aarhus during May and June, make sure not to miss the beautifully flowering cherry trees in the Memorial Park's cherry grove. A memorial wall in the Marselisborg Memorial Park bears the names of the 4,144 South Jutland Danes who lost their lives on compulsory service in the Kaiser's forces during the Great War.”

Library
“Dokk1 is one of my favourite places in Aarhus. The building hosts a library, but not your everyday library. It's still relatively new and very interesting from an architectonic perspective. You can go there to browse through and read books, but people also just come to the library to hang out or play. There are a lot of play possibilities for kids, indoors and outdoors. And if you feel like playing air hockey or Street Fighter, it is the place to go :) ”

Beach
“Another good place to swim. Until 19:00 you have free access to separated womens and mens department for nude sunbathing and swimming. Outside the construction there is a nice, regular beach. ”
