Busshållplats
“Great historic spot and open-air gallery to witness Berlin/ Germany's art and history at the same time! The Berlin wall shown in an artistic and political way.”

Ölträdgård

“Great rooftop overlooking the city built on top of this shopping center's parking. It's located in Berlin's district of Neukölln, which until gentrification came into full effect, used to be (and still is in many places) a working class neighborhood with a large Turkish population.”

Nattklubb

“Elected the best club in the world many times. Door policy where they choose who enters. Have a plan B if you try to enter there or just don't go. Super long line anyway. Good luck. ”

Palace
“Initially constructed as a summer palace, today it is the most splendid palace in Berlin, with extensive gardens. Located directly by the Spree, you’ll feel like you’ve been transported back in time to the rococo period and the days of the Prussian kingdom as you stroll through the park.”

“Large beer garden in the middle of the buzzing district of Prenzlauer Berg. While there, you might want to take a stroll down Kastanienallee with a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants.”

Lounge
$$
“For me certainly the best compromise. The entrance is cheap 5 or 10 euros dependently on which DJ is playing. Drinks are cheap, the music is super, nice & cosy atmosphere on the Spree river, and opened until 11 or sometimes 12pm in the summer... for the late birds or early ones :)) ”

History Museum
“ In addition to curating Jewish history, the Jewish Museum features collections of Jewish art. The permanent exhibition "Two Millennia of German Jewish History" presented Germany through the eyes of the Jewish minority. The Rafael Roth Gallery is located in the basement of the Jewish Museum Berlin. The collection is now divided into four areas: ceremonial objects and applied arts, fine arts, photography, and lastly, everyday culture. There are also temporary exhibits featuring a broad range of themes, eras and genres. Open every day from 9:00 to 20:00.”

Cocktailbar

“Great bar with excellent drinks in the buzzing neighborhood of Neukölln. This Berlin district used to be very working class and is inhabited by Berlin's Turkish population. There has been a lot of gentrification going on, especially in this street, where you'll be able to stumble from one great bar into the next.”
