Quiet high rise with all the amenities nearby. 4th street district, 17th avenue, all surround here. Hockey games and concerts are a walk away. Train stop is 6 minute walk. Truly couldn't find a better location. Starbucks, Second cup, Belgian Bakery all within a block. 3 massive gyms within a 3 minute or 10 minute walk. Yoga studio a block away.

Our place is close to 17th Ave, Stampede Grounds, and downtown. You’ll love our place because it was just completely renovated! Our place has a separate entrance, laundry machine & dryer and we don't charge a cleaning fee.
Our space was just completely renovated. We have all the necessary cooking appliances, if needed. The highlight of our renovation was definitely our bathroom. Our guests have loved our bathroom, especially the shower.
Our neighbourhood is considered Connaught or the Beltline area. Connaught being the community and the Beltline being the general area. The Beltline area is basically a rectangle. A few blocks north is downtown, a few blocks south is 17th ave which is where a lot of the bars and pubs are. To the east you have the Stampede grounds and the confluence of our two beautiful rivers. Our location is as central as you can get in Calgary!

The Laundry facilities are on the main floor, it uses a laundry card that can be recharged at a local convenience store. My parking space behind the building is available, as well there is free 24 hour parking on the street in front of building and around the block.
    Quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of 17th Ave (Red Mile), a few local shops a block or two away and a park across the street.

    This is a well kept space and very comfortable. I keep a fan for guests rooms if they get hot in the summer and I am always up for suggestion to what I can add to make the place better. ALL the necessities should be in the apartment but since I just moved in, it may need some little touches. Feel free to let me know.

  • Kris och Annalize är fantastiska! Platsen är super söt och mycket ren! Sovrummet är fantastiskt! Platsen är perfekt! Incheckning var snabb och smärtfri. Det finns en mataffär precis nere. Starbucks ligger också precis runt hörnet samma byggnad. Vi hade en fantastisk tid! Kommer definitivt överväga denna plats igen :)
