Park
“Great park for a good walk. Feed the birds/turtles from the boardwalk, walk around the pond, walk through the wooded park, or enjoy its other amenities. #1 rated park on TripAdvisor for IHB, but while it's a good park, we prefer Ballard Park!”

“Nearest beach park to the house (3 miles away). The south end is dog friendly (leashes required) - currently the only dog friendly beach nearby. Public parking, facilities and food trucks. Plenty of other public access north and south of Canova as well.”

Park
“This is a small public park located on 1200 Evans Road, Melbourne, Florida. It contains a 3,000-foot elevated boardwalk through a natural Florida hammock. The park contains ferns and old live oaks with hanging Spanish moss. It's a very nice stroll and surprising that it is so close to the airport and so many businesses.”

Park
“A stream bordered by a shady hammock abounding in palm trees and other tropical growth winds through the heart of the campus and is the setting for a 15-acre Botanical Garden. From a Tripadvisor comment: "This place is beautiful and has plenty of convenient parking off the main road. There is a mounted map when you first enter the botanical garden so I recommend taking a photo of it to help with your hike. They have multiple concrete paths meandering through the amazing old time Florida landscape so strollers can move around easily. Best of all there was no entrance fee. This place is a must."”

Park
“Reviews - Watched manatees the other day there! Sometimes a dolphin will wander in. It's a nice little spot right beside downtown Melbourne. A great little stretch of Crane Creek. I like going there for the bird photography. They have a pair of Osprey that hunt around the marina, and lots of pelicans diving for fish too. ”

“Home to Space Coast Crew and several visiting international Olympic rowing teams, this is a great location to drop in a kayak and go for a tour of the Banana River and its residential canals, especially along the Grand Canal. Paddle amongst dolphin, the occasional manatee, and see many bird species along your way.”
