The space has five distinct areas: Living, Sleeping, Dining, Kitchen and Bathroom. The space is perfect for individuals or couples.
Mosman Park is quickly becoming a bustling social hub. There is an abundance of Cafes, Restaurants and small Bars within walking distance of The Loft. Supermarkets (Coles and IGA), Pharmacies and Post Offices are also within walking distance of the accommodation.

Living space is typically open plan with a spacious combined lounge dining area, jarrah floorboards, incredibly high ceilings and a mezzanine bedroom. The kitchen has views to the Fremantle Arts Centre and the lounge has views to the harbour. This place has gorgeous character and is in the heart of Fremantle's East End. Sleeps 2, is air conditioned, has wifi and a covered parking bay
This apartment is across the road from the Fremantle Arts Centre which is a wonderful place to hang out with lots of free summer concerts, a visual arts program, a great cafe and lawn gardens. There are two other cafes really close by, The Broody Hen- a cute little hipster joint and Gesha which has great coffee and food. Further down James St, The Mantle(from 4pm Tues-Sun)has pizza, tapas and a cocktail bar. The Fremantle swimming pool is next door. This end of Freo is full of character with local designers selling their wares in shops like Megan Salmon on Queen Victoria st and Found at the Fremantle Arts Centre. It's a short stroll to walking tracks up the Swan River and it's all within walking distance to Fremantle's Prison, Markets and the Maritime and Shipwreck museums
The apartment is situated in the historic heritage listed Caledonian building in the charming East End of Fremantle, close to the Fremantle Arts Centre and the Fremantle swimming pool. It's a 10 min walk to central Freo or the port or the river and 50m away from the Fremantle CAT bus stop (free circle line) which will take you around Fremantle.
  • Denna plats är helt fantastiskt! Megan är underbart att hantera, kommunikationen var fantastisk hela tiden för att göra en stressfri vistelse. Högt tak och mezzanine sovrum ger verkligen denna plats en bra känsla. Den har allt du behöver och är väldigt bekvämt. Platsen är stor. Så mycket att utforska bara en kort promenad bort. Vi älskade att höra regnet på tinntaket, så snyggt och bekvämt i dubbelsängen! Fin varm dusch och bra att ha köket! Jag önskade att vi kunde ha flyttat in !!   • Loftet är fantastiskt för par och vänner som vill uppleva den karismatiska Freo. Utmärkt läge, bara 5 till 10 minuters promenad till stormarknad, lokala restauranger och transport. Oavsett om du vill gå ut och utforska eller stanna i och laga din måltid, är utrustningen och nödvändigt utrustade och i gott skick. Checka in och checka ut var mycket bekvämt. Inte för att nämna de vackert utformade inställningarna, mörka trägolv, högt i tak med olika ljus, dekor av musikinstrument och glasväggen som låter dig titta in i trädgården, alla element ger dig en otrolig semester men också hemtrevliga vibbar. Dessutom när det regnar, se regndropparna i den frodiga trädgården och lyssna på de fästande ljuden, är det underbart. Vi gillade verkligen vistelsen, önskar att det kunde vara längre än bara en vecka! Tack igen Greg :)!

  • Greg's är en fantastisk plats att bo. Mitt i stan, nära affärer, restauranger och havet. Ändå är det ett lugnt och fredligt hem. Har mycket karaktär och är extremt välutrustad. Har gratis säker parkering på plats. Greg är en charmig man. Han lät oss checka in tidigt och välkomnade oss personligen med en gratis flaska läckert vin. Allt om vår vistelse var perfekt. Tack Greg.

Leighton beach was also the nicest in the area and conveniently only a 5 min walk - Justin also told us about a secluded beach by the river which was perfect! Food in the local area is outstanding- try Bread in Common in Fremantle and Propeller in north Fremantle which were our favourites (so much so that we went to both for breakfast and dinner!). When I saw the ad for this place, I hesitated and was wondering, "this is cannot be real. Is this a scam?” Now I am writing my first Trip Advisor review. In some cases, it is not you who has chosen the place but the place has chosen you. As an obsessed world traveler...... this place is everything I am looking for. The architecture style of this place is spectacular. The whole house is a designer piece like a grand glass piano. And I was lucky enough to spend a night in the Upper Loft. (PARENTS MASTER RETREAT) I had a 360-degree day, night and sunset views. The glass windows frame the Perth blue sky and white clouds like a live postcard. You can observe the boats, birds and flowing sky. Location, Location! I did jogging, cycling and swimming in front of the Home, very private beach and bike track, sometimes you even can see dolphins. 10 mins drive to Hippie Fremantle with the best bars, bookshops in Perth. You also can take a bus and train to Yuppie Subiaco and the City. 10 mins walk to a hidden food and café street at Queen Victoria Street. The owner who started this project is a very helpful and multicultural professional, and his dog Indi is adorable. I don't feel like sharing this, but I will double my happiness to share my experience.

    This apartment has a private access and is a great space from which to explore exciting Fremantle. Music and art markets and food trucks are plentiful. The beaches and river are exceptionally beautiful.
    The apartment is located 5 mins drive or 15 mins walk from Fremantle cafes and 25 mins walk to the beach. There is a great cafe just around the corner. Shops, a pharmacy and a post office are a 5 minute walk on South Street.

    An authentic warehouse conversion apartment located in the heritage listed West End of Fremantle. - Ground floor loft-style apartment located in state heritage listed D&J Fowler Bag Store warehouse. - Located on Pakenham St in the middle of the West End, traditionally the best part of Fremantle. - My personal home when not being rented out, and so both fully fitted out and having that warm feeling of a lived-in home.
    A unique apartment in the heritage landmark building of the former D&J Fowler Bag Store warehouse. The warehouse complex now comprises of 17 distinct apartments converted into residential use, but retaining its original character. My specific apartment is a one bedroom, mezzanine loft style layout with an entry on the ground floor. Spanning 67 square meters internally over two levels, the furnishings reflect a darker and modern industrial style. There are two beds - a grand platform bed in the upstairs mezzanine bedroom, and lounge room sofa, which transforms into a double sized bed when required. Note that the space is essentially one big studio room however - the only interior door in the apartment is to the bathroom. The apartment is otherwise fitted out with what you would expect in a normal residential apartment - I live here when its not being rented out, and regularly walk to my work in the Freo CBD. Lastly, my apartment is 100% legally registered with the local council as short stay accommodation, and so you can feel safe in knowing that you won't have any worries about that side of things.
    The entire 'West End' district has recently been entered into the State Register of Heritage Places - and the apartment is located right in the middle of the district. Part of the entry states: "...the place is rare in Western Australia as a highly intact port city business district, retaining a range of buildings predominantly dating from the gold boom expansion era (1890s to the 1900s")..." It also is extremely well located in the context of the modern Fremantle, being a short walk to the cappuccino strip, the esplanade, the markets, and train station/main bus routes. Today the West End is generally known to be the 'best' part of Fremantle. Lastly, literally one building over is 'Bread in Common', a locally renowned bakery/restaurant/cafe that is a must-visit for any traveler passing through Freo - you can usually smell the freshly baked bread every morning from outside the apartments...

    Warehouse apartment centrally located in the city of Fremantle. The Loft is super spacious, well designed with all mod cons, and a balcony with sweeping views. It is also extremely close to bars, cafes, and restaurants. Perfect for romantic getaway or small family weekender!
    This warehouse apartment is a classic example of the heritage buildings in Fremantle's West End. The studio apartment of exceptionally large size, located on the top floor of the DJ Fowler building is both stunning and comfortable. This 3 level apartment is a complete studio setting, with no actual separated rooms. It is very large however and we have different sleeping areas set out. There are three beds, a double and a king and a fold out queen, all of which are on the top floor. The double is suited to either a single person, two small-medium sized adults or children. Due to the vast scale, there are areas of the house possibly unsafe for children. We have installed safety gates are on the top and bottom of the staircase, and also have the top floor ballustrade child protected. To the north, on the top floor is a balcony with impressive views of the working port. It gives a beautiful array of light and activity in the evening, where cruise ships, cargo carriers and other ships such as the Leeuwin come in daily. The house comes equipped with heaters, adequate blankets, air-conditioning, and fans. There is a large fridge and more than adequate cooking facilities. We recommend going to Fremantle Markets on Market Street and collecting some fresh fruit and vegetables to take home and prepare dinner.
    This apartment is extremely close to Bread in Common and The Attic, two remarkable Fremantle restaurants. It is our highest recommendation to try these two restaurants out first, as are possibly the best in Fremantle. Also close by is the bar 'Strange Company', a local bar on Nairn St, that have many locals nestling in for an acquainted red or white over pleasant company. It is a relaxed place to grab a pre-dinner drink, though it is also worthwhile checking out their menu. If you are after sight seeing, recommended is the harbour where there are restaurants and breweries, including the renowned 'Little Creatures'. There are two Maritime Museum's, the newest one being an iconic building of Fremantle, located on Port side, near E-Shed ferries. The Fremantle Prison is another iconic building, where there are tours operating daily. The Fremantle Markets, only operate Fri-Sun as well as public holiday Mondays. Most restaurants on the cappucino strip operate 7 days, with late night sittings. If you are after a casual fish n chips, see either "Sweet Lips" or "Bather Beach House" down on the harbour side. It makes a spectacular sunset in both establishments.

  • Den tre nivå lägenheten ligger bara ett kvarter bort från Main Street i Fremantle, 10 minuters promenad från hamnen sida restauranger och 10 minuter tvärsides mot B hon hade färjeterminal till Rottnest Island. Platsen är perfekt, att vara mitt i stan. Det är en renoverad tre våningar gammal terrass med en mews i ryggen med säkerhets parkering. Renoveringen är utmärkt med rena linjer, färskt och modernt badrum och kök med moderna möbler. Mycket funky. Det finns en queen size-säng på bottenvåningen med en soffa, skrivbord och TV. Du går upp spiraltrappen till det gemensamma området - modernt rymligt badrum med tvättstuga, ett kök som är välutrustat, matsal, vardagsrum och TV och sedan upp spiraltrappen till den tredje nivån som är den andra sängen. Det är ett generöst mezzaninutrymme. Det är groovy och modern och alla tre av oss (vuxna) älskade rymden och platsen. Jag tror inte att det skulle vara lämpligt för familjer med småbarn, eller om du har äldre människor som reser med dig. Hantering av spiraltrappan i mörkret (för ett besök på natten i badrummet) är ok för tonåringar och vuxna. Den enda överraskningen var i checka in / ut instruktioner-gästerna är att ta bort skräp till de viktigaste samlingsfacken. Vi hade aldrig sett instruktioner så här innan men gjorde det ändå. Det var också en instruktion att tvätta lakan och handdukar. Att jag hade svårt att överväga detta var inte en "elcheapo" Airbnb och dessutom hade vi betalat en städavgift med förbetald bokning. Under de 30 år som jag reser mycket har jag aldrig sett en instruktion att tvätta linnet - inte ens på vandrarhem. Jag kan bara föreställa mig att denna typ av instruktion är för långsiktiga hyresgäster (det skulle vara rimligt för rabatterade långa vistelser). Ändå var denna plats 5 stjärnor i alla avseenden.

This warehouse conversion is located on the top floor of the historic D&J Fowler warehouse building and accessed by your own private elevator. This apartment has been my sanctuary for the past three years and it is now time to share the experience with those interested in immersing themselves in the West End lifestyle.
    The D&J Fowler warehouse is located in the West End of Fremantle, and within a leisurely strolling distance to all amenities such as beaches, cafes, restaurants, the train station, and other unique Freo locales. Within this two level penthouse loft apartment, a wall of huge windows spans the entire top front facade of the warehouse and fills the interior with light. Double height beamed ceilings complement the spacious dimensions of the lower level where the kitchen, dining area and lounge room form a luxurious open plan combined living space. Off the dining area, a wall of bi-fold doors opens onto a huge roof-top deck, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the 270 degrees of views across Fremantle. The spacious bedroom contains a low set king sized bed and is on the upper level together with a deluxe bathroom that contains a deep freestanding bathtub.
    The "West End" of Fremantle is entirely state heritage listed and considered to be the best part of Freo.     A gorgeous ground floor apartment with white walls, great high ceilings and a spacious combined living dining area. This is a converted heritage hall space so it has thick limestone walls and exposed steel beams. The apartment has an entry on Quarry St as well as it's James St. You'll love staying at this wonderful studio apartment so close to cafes and the Fremantle Arts Centre in Freo's East End. Just a 15 min walk to the train station and located on the free circle CAT bus (orange route).
    This apartment is across the road from the Fremantle Arts Centre which is a wonderful place to hang out with lots of free summer concerts, a visual arts program, a great cafe and lawn gardens. There are two other cafes really close by, The Broody Hen- a cute little hipster joint and Gesha which has great coffee and food. Further down James St, The Mantle(from 4pm Tues-Sun)has pizza, tapas and a cocktail bar. The Fremantle swimming pool is next door. This end of Freo is full of character with local designers selling their wares in shops like Megan Salmon on Queen Victoria st and Found at the Fremantle Arts Centre. It's a short stroll to walking tracks up the Swan River and it's all within walking distance to Fremantle's Prison, Markets and the Maritime and Shipwreck museums
    The apartment is situated in the historic heritage listed Caledonian building in the charming East End of Fremantle, close to the Fremantle Arts Centre and the Fremantle swimming pool. It's a 10 min walk to central Freo or the port or the river and 50m away from the Fremantle CAT bus stop (free circle line) which will take you around Fremantle.

  • Platsen är lite okej, men kattbusshållplatsen är nära, så det är okej om du använder bussen, och du kan höra motorcykeln och billjudet på natten på den stora vägen. Det är nöjet eftersom det är försiktigare dekorerat än fotografiet inuti huset. Det var lätt att få ett svar direkt om du kom i kontakt.

    Huge 150m2 loft with 10 metre high ceilings. Wooden floors, white walls and plenty of light and space. Close to the heart of Fremantle (5min walk) but just far enough away to escape the noise and have some space and privacy. Fully furnished with quality eclectic pieces gathered from around the world. It feels like a cross between an art gallery, an urban sanctuary and a tarsus. It has its own (unshared) entrance at street level which adds to its uniqueness and makes it feel like a hidden home
    It is huge. Bigger than most 3 bedroom homes and also has 10m high ceilings. There are views to the port and also to the art centre. I use to live here. It is furnished with items I have purchased over numerous years, some of which come from when I lived in New York. Nothing is overly precious, but I would appreciate it if you treat them well. You can use anything in the property. There will always be lots of spare bedding and towels. For bedding look in the huge brown wooden chest. There is a second queen size bed but it is a blow up mattress. Before you despair, it is the RollsRoyce of self inflating mattresses. This was a conscious decision by me at is a lot more comfortable than a fold out/sofa bed/camp bed. Kids staying - it probably isn't safe for toddlers due to mezzanine and lots of stairs. But for babies it is safe and there is a portacot and cot bedding in the property. I can also leave some bibs, bowls, baby towels, spoons and other baby essentials if you ask.
    Fremantle - 5 minute walk Fremantle Art Centre - view from back window and a 1 minute walk Fremantle Swimming Pool - you might not be interested in going for a swim, but they have a gym too and the rates for casual visits are very very reasonable. Coffee shops - there are 2 within 50m of the front door. Free Fremantle cat bus goes past the property. Free bus fares into Fremantle and some surrounding attractions Lots of parking - including at Fremantle swimming centre
