Amerikansk restaurang
“Actually not my favorite, but lots of people love it. It is very close to the cottage, offers fresh baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, plate lunches, salads and more. The layout is awful, you have to wait in line to order while people have to squeeze by you to get into the shop to get their drinks and other items before squeezing back past you to get to the back of the line. Still it is like a right of passage on the North Shore and their malsadas are delicious.”

“A Hawaiian classic. I love the filled malasadas. Be prepared to wait in line.”

“Best beach ever! Parking is difficult, easier during the week when everyone else is at work. 40 foot waves in the Winter time at the surfing capital of the world with water as flat as glass during the Summer. Come for either reason depending upon when you're visiting. This was one of my favorite beaches growing up as it was within walking distance of our house and we spent many a day here on the wide sandy beach and jumping off the rock on the left as you face the ocean. Jump at your own risk and don't enter the water during the Winter.”
