The master suite had a very comfortable king size bed and private bath.
The 2nd bedroom had twin size bunk beds.
Additional sleeping options include a twin size roll away bed, the sectional sofa, sleeping bags, and a port-a-crib.

Stay close to the cabin and relax, venture in the near area or arrange for guided activities such as hunting, tours, picnics, photography, and target practicing.
Cottontail rabbits, lizards, various birds, and ground squirrels are always moving about. Turkey and deer come visit the feeder in the early morning and late evening.
All guests are asked to watch for snakes for there are rattlers around from time to time.
Guests supplied mountain bikes and ATVs will be considered upon request. No racing allowed. The ranch has jeep and 4 wheelers that are used during guided activities.

Beware: This location has stickers, thorns, things that creep/crawl/buzz, strange night noises, and occasionally poisonous snakes. If looking for a plush, state of the art, full service resort - please do not select Chaparral Ranch. We will be equally disappointed.

Just a short walk (about 1/2 mile) is the Lipan Creek. A shaded picnic area is perfect to enjoy the beautiful weather, your partner, or a good book. Naps aren't discouraged.

North about 4 miles up US Hwy 83 is 4 Corners Store that sells various deli items and pizza.
Eola is just a short drive and is the best place to pick up local authentic BBQ - Los Ruiz BBQ. While in Eola, consider going over to Eola School Brewery for a local created craft brew.
