The area surrounding the Cottage is perfect for walks, bike rides, long-boarding, or roller-blading. Just a mile or so west will lead you into the scenic Green Lake Conference Center, with plenty of roads to explore, and fun free activities like disc golf, volleyball, a sand beach, and more. A couple miles to the east and you're back in the township of Greenlake where you can check out the local shops and restaurants.

Sightseeing

If you're looking for warm shallow water, take the boat and head over to Norwegian Bay. A local favorite due to the depth and sheltered location and sandy bottom, you're sure to have a little company on a hot summer day.

You're welcome to wander the extensive grounds and visit some of the many landmarks around the property, including various watering towers, the teahouse, the beach, crafting shops, and a gift shop...and don't forget to climb Judson Tower for one of the best views on the lake!
