Green walking routes
From september - march there are extra walking paths available in National Park Dunes of Texel. During the bird breeding season (march - september) the paths are closed. But during the winter months you can enjoy these adventurous paths. Check them on the map!

Prepare for any weather
The weather on Texel can be unpredictable. Most of the time there is a lot of wind, so bring windproof, warm clothes. The sun can shine in the morning and then rain in the afternoon, best to be prepared for anything!
