Safety and Security
Like any city, drug use, crime, and homelessness is a complicated issue that is difficult to solve. When traveling throughout the city or when in the airbnb, please be sure to lock all doors and windows, secure your vehicle, and be aware of your surroundings when walking. Theft does occur and Airbnb host can not be held liable or responsible for your personal belongings.

On-Street Parking
There is no parking included with the rental, but there are plenty of free parking options right near the condo.
1. Street Parking - there is metered street parking along both sides of W. Merrimack Street. Parking is metered Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

Surface Lot Parking
There are multiple surface lots around the condo that have signage that say "TD Bank Employee Parking". Residents of properties in the area all use these lots during the day and evenings and have not had issues with towing or tickets. TDBank has not actively managed these lots for several years, however, as the manager of the AirBNB, I can not guarantee that management will not happen at any point in the future.
