The best way to enjoy the beauty of Lisbon is to see it from the other side of the river Tagus. A good option may be to have diner two steps away from the river in Atira-te ao Rio (Jump into the River) or Ponto Final (Final Point) restaurants. A meal may cost less than 20€.
To go there you may take the boat from Cais do Sodré to Cacilhas. After getting out the boat station turn right and walk around 1 km near the river side. Althought this way is amongst ruins, it is safe to go.
